Generally speaking, we recommend create seperate and unique lists for each canvasser. However, you may find some cases that you want canvassers to share a list (for example if they are walking odds & evens) or their lists may contain the same households.
To help you avoid unintentionally knocking the same door twice, it's recommended canvassers:
a. Coordinate with each other This way they can be aware of the houses and streets the other people plan to knock
b. Use the "Sync Household Statuses" feature Every few households, press sync to get any updates (completed houses) from other canvasses.
You do not need to use this to sync your data, only to get other peoples data
