Every field campaign is different. Different goals, different team members, and different workflows. Optimizing your field tools to match your campaign can be a huge boost in productivity, enabling higher-quality conversations at scale.

To this end, our App Customization features allows for a campaign to customize the app experience for all FieldEdge users of their nation. A different set of Customizations can be applied to .

App Customizations can be found in the main menu of the . Some items require reaching out to support for change.

Menus

Enable or disable the main menus in FieldEdge. For Accountless users, we recommend the People menu remains turned off to prevent full access to your nation. If you would like to enable the People menu for Accountless users, please reach out.

Contact Statuses

To streamline outreach entry, Contact Statuses can be enabled/disabled.

NationBuilder provides a static list of Contact Statuses so they cannot be renamed.
